Using sustainably and responsibly sourced beans, distilled native botanicals, sea minerals infused into their wheat vodka, this coffee liqueur is for all those who respect coffee! Inspired by early morning surfs off the ‘Bower break’ where you can just be at one with marine nature finishing with an adrenalin hit from a good short black espresso to start the perfect day.

A collaboration between two northern beaches locals, Manly Spirits Co. & Seven Miles Coffee Roasters – passionate about coffee, spirits, native botanicals and what can be crafted with them.

Tasting Notes: 

  • Color: Dark Chocolate
  • Aroma: Rich and captivating scents of fresh ground coffee, malty caramel and dark chocolate
  • Palate: Impresses with smoothed bitterness due to the addition of distilled sea minerals and hints of spice shining through from the cinnamon myrtle native botanical
  • Finish: Creamy in texture with a penetrating, sweet mocha burst that coats every crevice of the mouth. Finishes pleasantly bitter-sweet with hints of spice before sweeter flavors of creme caramel and iced coffee round off the experience with good persistence.

IS THERE CAFFEINE IN THE COLD BREW COFFEE LIQUEUR? Yes, this coffee liqueur is made using real coffee beans, so there is a small amount of caffeine in each serve. However, it’s fairly minuscule and shouldn’t keep you up too late at night! 

Brand Story

Manly beach locals, David and Vanessa, wanted to share with the world a bit of Australia. Driven by their passion for the care free beach life, Australian marine life and the lush Australian landscape, Manly was born in late 2017.

Manly Spirits represents the harmony between the stunning marine environment of the New South Wales coastline and the urban sophistication of Manly Beach. The discussion of starting a distillery sparked in 2015 while driving through the hills of Tasmania, a spunky little island off the coast of south Australia. The following year, David and Vanessa ‘subjected’ (someone had to do the hard research) themselves to exploring distilleries throughout the US, Europe and the UK. The husband and wife duo returned back to where the light bulb first turned on, Tasmania, seeking out hands on training from a distillery on the island.

Eighteen months later, they saw their dream come to life and opened the doors to Manly Spirits Distillery. The ethos behind each of the spirits crafted at Manly supports a well known phrase that best describes Manly Beach, “Seven miles from Sydney, a thousand miles from care.” At Manly Spirits, David and Vanessa have managed to capture ‘nature in a bottle.’
