Brand Story
An Austrian experience in the 70's was the seed that grew into a family’s dream to produce eau de vie.Jenny and Charlie, a father-daughter duo, began producing a variety of fruit eau de vies in their Chicago distillery in 2015, and after some time realized that there was nothing in the world like their tropical distillates. In 2023, they moved production to a partner distillery in Mexico where they could produce using peak ripe fruits.

TROPICAL FLAVOR
Eau de Vie is remarkable way to bring an immense amount of flavor and aroma to a cocktail with a small amount of liquid. 1/2 oz goes a long way to brighten a cocktail, these are truly a distilled representation of the ripe tropical fruits.
No additional flavorings, sweeteners, or neutral spirits are added to any of their products. The final result leave us with a spirit that is not sweet, but embodies the essence of the fruit in both taste and aroma.
