Luminous amber colors. The aromas are pungent, almondy and persistent. On the palate it is slightly sweet, refined and with hints of dry flavors from the ageing. Aged 5+ Years. 17% ABV. Palomino Fino grape. An aperitif to pair with cheese, Iberian ham, shellfish, and nuts.
